As a fourth-generation farmer, I grew up immersed in agriculture, learning hands-on skills at the family farm. From these origins grew a passion for agriculture, a passion around which I decided to build my life.
My passion for agriculture and technology led me to study engineering and design tractors. Realizing the need for more sustainable farming, I transitioned to agricultural robotics, gaining global experience and connecting with farmers from different regions. These varied insights laid the foundation for AgTech Market, where I now help companies and farmers innovate and shape the future of agriculture.

Climate change, depletion of fossil resources, but also environmental and health issues require a change in the current model. The agricultural world is not evolving as fast as the issues it faces. We must change our production methods if we want to keep feeding the world, while protecting it. It is because I am convinced that innovation is the key to make agriculture more efficient and more sustainable, that I want to help Agtech companies change the agricultural world.

From Agricultural origins
To help growers, you have to start by understanding them. Based in the Champagne region, I grew up and drove my first tractors within the family. By evolving in this world, I learned to understand it and respect it. I dedicate this field knowledge to help companies and growers develop the new technologies that will improve tomorrow's agriculture.

With a mechanical engineering degree and 3 years of experience in product development, I know the challenges of design and industrialization of agricultural machinery. Having a strong product feedback is essential to keep the project in line with the market expectations.

Saving energy and avoiding costly mistakes. Starting my journey in a Startup company was a great opportunity. I have worked in different agricultural sectors and participated in two Go-to-Market missions, in Spain and in California. These experiences have taught me that upstream analysis and preparation are key to successful integration into a new market.
Exploring different farming environments
Business is above all, a human relationship, understanding your customers and your environment is key. I spent more than five years of my life in different countries; Finland, Germany, Spain, USA, Australia and New Zealand. All these experience taught me to evolve with cultural differences, develop local knowledge which helps me to adapt faster than anyone in a new environment.
Birth of the project
Helping your technologies change the agricultural world faster. Due to its complexity, agriculture is not evolving as quickly as it should to meet new challenges. In parallel we have many technological companies that develop solutions to meet these challenges. The objective of AgTech Market is to bridge the gaps between the field, new products and the business so that new technologies can help farmers faster.
Alone we go faster, together we go further. Through my travels and experiences, I've also developed a vast network of experts, innovative farmers and dealers in the various places I've visited. The results of this experiences is that I joined and co-created the AgTech Collective to unite expertise and networks, enabling me to provide my clients with comprehensive, long-term support and help them overcome challenges at every stage of their growth.
